Day 1: Nairobi/ Maasai Mara.
After breakfast, we pick you for the Masai Mara with stop at the Great Rift Valley. Driving on through Longonot and Suswa and on to the Western walls with stopover at Narok for re-fuelling and lunch arriving in the Mara in time for evening game drive in the Masai Mara popular for the Big five(Lions,Elephants,Leopards,Buffalo and Rhinos). The team returns to Camp late in the evening just in time for dinner.A campfire gathering under the clear Africa’s Sky follows after dinner and overnight at Camp or Lodge
Day 2 Maasai (Full Day)
A full day spent at the Masai Mara game reserve. Driving across the plains in search of the big cats (black manned lions, Cheetahs and leopards with picnic lunch served at the Mara River site. Vast herds of wildebeest and zebra wander across the Mara grasslands in huge numbers during this period of the annual migrations take place, when millions of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle traverse the Mara plains landscape to feed on the rich new grass from the Serengeti Tanzania. You also have a chance to see other Wild game like the Topi, hearbeast, Eland. Dinner and overnight at the Camp or Lodge
Day 3: Maasai Mara –Lake Nakuru
Early morning boat ride after breakfast and depart for Lake Nakuru. In Nakuru National park proceed for an extensive game viewing in search of cats in the among the ‘Yellow fever’ acacia trees which are leopards favorite and also on search of Rhino.(Nakuru is the home to the White rhinos and has tens of Black rhinos too. Lake Nakuru National park known for its millions of flamingoes and other water birds like the Pelicans and Cormorants. No wonder Americas finest photographer. …. Once referred to by Roger Tory Peterson as the “greatest bird spectacle in the world” for its seasonally large concentrations of greater and lesser flamingos, Lake Nakuru boasts some 600-bird species. It is also a designated rhino sanctuary, as well as home to other rare wildlife species Diner and overnight at the GLodge or Hotel.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru-Samburu National Park
Depart Lake Nakuru after breakfast for samburu National reserve. Drive north to arrive Samburu National Reserve in time for lunch. An afternoon game drive introduces you to this beautiful and game abundant park, home to rarely found species such as the Beisa Oryx, Grevy’s zebra, blue-necked Somali ostrich and reticulated giraffe. Overnight stay at Camp or Lodge
Day 5: Samburu
Full day at Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives. Rest of day at leisure. Samburu Game Reserve, which covers about 104 square kilometers. Samburu is also home to the third of Kenya’s giraffe species – the rare Reticulated Giraffe (only found in the Northern parks). This is also where you see the blue-legged Somali Ostrich, the necked Gerenuk gazelle and the straight-horned Beisa Oryx antelope. Overnight at Camp or Lodge
Day 6: Nakuru-Mt Kenya
Leave Samburu after breakfast for Mt Kenya arriving in time for lunch at mountain lodge. Afternoon game viewing follows. Dinner and Overnight at Lodge
Day 7: Mt Kenya /Amboseli
Early morning breakfast leave Mt Kenya for Amboseli, passing through Nairobi with lunch on the way. Arrive Amboseli in the evening and on a good day you will see Africa’s highest mountain Kilimanjaro for dinner and overnight at Camp or Lodge
Day 8:Amboseli (Full)
Morning and afternoon game drives over the park’s dusty roads (Giving the true meaning in Maa language Amboseli meaning dusty whirl winds), you’re likely to spot wildebeest,giraffes,Gazzelles,Impala and zebra attracted to the marshes and swamps fed by the melting snows of Kilimanjaro Tanzania. You may also spot lions on the fringes of the marshes as well as a great variety of birdlife (some 425 species of bird populate the park). With Kilimanjaro providing a dramatic backdrop, your photographs will be stunning with Elephants, which makes Amboseli popular as there in hundreds. Dinner and overnight at the Camp or Lodge
Day 9: Amboseli-Tsavo west.
Early morning game drives. It will be your last game drive at Amboseli before coming back for breakfast and packing for Tsavo west National park arriving in time for lunch.Afternoon game drive follows. Dinner and overnight at Lodge.
Day 10: Tsavo West National Park.
Full day and afternoon game drive after breakfast. The Park is a vast expansion of African savanna with a more diverse array of habitats which include open plains, semi desert scrub, woodland, Chyulu Hills and rock outcrops. It’s famous for the Red Elephants, Oryx, and Gerenuk among other mammal’s species and bird life. Other notable features include Mzima Springs which are water source for Mombasa Town, Shetani Lava Flow and Ash cones. Dinner and overnight Lodge
Day 11: Tsavo West- Nairobi
Leave Tsavo after breakfast for Nairobi with lunch enroute where the safari ends
